Timeline and Milestones

The next milestone – Calibration testing long delayed is ready to begin. It begins when the first STTF element is completed and turned on. We believe this can happen as soon as late June this year (2025) its getting exciting as the first test control boxes are nearly complete. We can begin writing the tracking control software adapting what we have already and the adding STTF Elements as they become ready. We can’t wait to post videos of this next milestone being reached. There’s several parts: controlling the mirrors, testing calibration methods and bringing it all together, to start focusing the STTF elements. Its so exciting!

There so many other mile stones coming: navigation of the robots. picker placer testing. Simulation testing. Crucible temperatures, we will be melting aluminum even before all the STTF elements are built!
